Our Shipping Policy
Most in-stock items leave our store within two business days after we receive your pre-paid order. We ship via UPS Ground, and you can expect most packages to be delivered within 2-6 business days
from the ship date, depending on your location. In the event of a shipping delay, you will be notified by e-mail. Shipping charges are based on destination, size and weight.
Our Return Policy
Your total satisfaction is our Goal. Please inspect your order upon arrival. You may return many
of our Items purchased on our website within 30 days of the orginal Invoice, either for Store Credit or an
exchange for another product, NO CASH REFUNDS on returned items, A credit for your returned items
will be applied towards Store Merchandise.
Auto Detail Supply Outlet will not accept any returns after the 30 Day time period.
All qualifed returns must be in ORGINAL UNUSED condition. You must contact us in advance
by phone: 858 - 279 - 5772 to recieve an RGA # (returned goods authorization #) No returns will be accepted without an RGA #.
All Qualifed returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee.
Items purchased that DO NOT Qualify for Returns are:
- Mobile Detailing Trailers
- Pressure Washers
- Water Tanks
- Carpet Extractors
- Buffers & Polishers
- Other Electrial Powered Equipment or Tools
- Abused Chemicals or Accessories
